The festival began its fourth year with Karsu, the Turkish-born artist living in the Netherlands, admired for her unique interpretation and vibrant, powerful voice. At the opening concerts held on 25–26 September 2021, Karsu performed her compositions blending jazz, blues, funk and ethnic rhythms, and Akra Jazz Band also took the stage.
