Due to the Covid-19 pandemic experienced worldwide in 2020, the 3rd Akra Jazz Festival could not take place in front of a live audience and instead brought music lovers together on online platforms. The online live broadcast of the opening night, held on 26 September 2020, featured the vibrant voice of the European jazz scene, Karsu, and took place at Akra Hotels’ open-air stage at sunset, accompanied by the unique view of the Mediterranean and the Bey Mountains.
