Akra Jazz Festival has continued to bring together young musicians and art lovers with the “Akra Young Jazz” concerts that take place at the festival to nurture new jazz seeds. The 5th Akra Jazz Festival, in cooperation with İKSV, invited the bands that participated and performed in the Young Jazz+ competition at the Istanbul Jazz Festival to the concerts, which were first held at the 5th Akra Jazz Festival and have become a tradition. In 2023, Jelly Beans, Elif Çohaz Quintet and IWS Collective performed at the Akra Young Jazz night.
